That's a tough one. Here's one company that has been making headlines lately.
The battery is made in U.S.A. (not a negligable part of it).

I know it is still a somewhat new area, I am trying to start a section of the site for people to give back articles on their own. Trying to make it a little more interactive.

I do believe Zenn has serious plans for fast cars, if not this year, next year i am told.
