Sorry if you are getting this twice, still getting used to Diigo.
You may be interested in this plugin, it looks like it is not bound to Profilactic and is quite customizable. I am seriously considering using it!What I am ultimately aiming for is to just have something that re-formats the default output from FriendFeed into a 'lifestream' format.. because FF has those nice commented on.. and ... posted a new entry etc..
