    • Maggie Tsai, co-founder of Diigo and her special guest, Jennifer Dorman, will demo and discuss the first phase of "Diigo Educator Account:" a suite of features that makes it easy for teachers to get their entire class of students or their peers started on collaborative research using Diigo's web annotation and social bookmarking technology. If you know someone who might be interested in this webinar, please

    1) Use the "Invite Others to this conversation" link below (note: at the very bottom of this DMS (Diigo Messaging System) to invite them to this conversation.

You can either send to your Diigo Friends (All, or friends within a specific Diigo contact list) or use emails.

(Tip: you can build many contact lists to organize your contacts within Diigo. Unlike a group which has a more formal structure, a contact list can almost act as an ad-hoc group - it's a very flexible way to share info / form timely discussion to targeted group(s) of people from time to time.

    2) Help spread the news. Note: For twitter or other social media users, pls help retweet this messsage:

RT: Diigo Webinar/CR2.0 Event: Introducing the Diigo Educator Account-Join us Nov 20 evening http://tinyurl.com/6zjf5c

    3) Lastly, add me a friend on Diigo, and for those Twitter users, follow me there as well http://twitter.com/diigo - Not only we will keep news there, if we find something interesting that the rest of community should know - we will also feature the news in various ways.

    Thanks!

    Maggie,

I am on the East Coast and have several teachers very interested in the Webinar, but with kids and such it is not convenient for them. Will there be a recording on line where I can have a group watch it together?

Should be... It's an Elluminate session.

By the way, Steve at CR2.0 is using a new event module with RSVP feature. My understanding is the Elluminate session only has 100 seats. Please RSVP (or indicate your interest "Will Attend" "Might Attend", "Not Attend" on the upper right hand corner.
