This is good. Thanks. Always need these types of references.

I think the information in the video is good, but a bit long-winded for use in the classroom (maybe OK for high school and/or college students, though). He’s promoting his book along with the other information, so it’s important to note that. I’d like to see some materials to go along with the video; some activities and visual aids would be nice. Of course, I could make some myself, but my TO DO list is bulging, as usual!

Yes, that is the paradox being in education. We always have ideas, but never the time to implement them. It took me a very long time to learn to deal with that, after a fashion;D

If you're interested, here are some sites I collected on urban legends, hoaxes, and media literacy (you'll see some of the same sites on all 3 lists):

Have a great July 4th~
Thanks for the urls. I will check them out.
Has anyone told you that you can import you del.icio.us bookmarks to Diigo? If not, I would love to help. Send me a message. You can also make sure that all Diigo bookmarks go to del.icio.us at the same time. That was very cool for me because I still use del.icio.us in presentations to introduce social bookmarking.

Yes, thanks ~ I already have diigo and delicious synching. But please tell me this if you know: If I want to share my tagged lists with people not signed up on diigo, is there an easy way to give them the url for my list? I know how to give them the delicious url but I wasn't sure if diigo allows them access without being members.
