Quotes:
On a tree lined drive in Middle America with homes purchased by folks who have tenaciously sought and fought for the American Dream to become a closer reality in their lives, I contemplate the precarious future of our way of life. A small town home with small town neighbors and small town values: hard work; diligence; discipline; family; education; community; kindness; compassion; hospitality and honesty. These are simple folks who prepare lunches for their children before the big yellow school bus packs them in from their corner loading zones at 6:35 am. Cheery moms wave to their precious ones from the driveway edges as they politely greet each other across the way. This is the America I grew up wanting, watching shows like “The Brady Bunch”, “My Three Sons”, “Family Affair” and “The Andy Griffith Show”. This is the America I was taught to believe I could have if I worked hard enough, and I did. I love America.
